Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Contact us at support@zugzug.gg to request cancellation. After cancellation, you will retain full Premium access until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the service and request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, we will issue a full refund.

Refunds after the 7-day window may be considered for exceptional circumstances such as extended service outages or billing errors.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at support@zugzug.gg with your account email and reason for the refund request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Free Tier

The free tier does not involve any charges and is not subject to refunds.
